Zine Project.

The current project at uni is based on zines. I've never had much interest in looking into zines, but after 'nuff research and thought, they're awesome! We have to do one on a chosen family member, mine is of course, my Mum.

This is a feature page in my zine based on my Mum's haircuts through the ages;

Steve Strong Cover art

I've recently finished mr Steve Strong's EP cover art. It's going to be produced on card and going to be fully recycleable... although I don't know why you'd want to recycle this, his music is super!

Peep the video below filmed and edited by Daniel Broadley & Ant Thornton.

The 'Upper' Hand

I've had this idea for a tattoo in my head for quite a while now and have finally layed it down on paper!

Even better though, I wanted to get this originally tattoo'd on my leg, but, I've now taken it to Andrew May of Shangri-La Tattoo parlour in Shoreditch and he's drawn up my design in his own way and I'm getting it on my arm to finish of my sleeve! Hurray! I'll post some pics when it's done on here!

Test

I tried a bit of hand drawn animation last night. i'm going to try and create somethingmuch more abstract and simple with colour. I like the way hand drawn animation isn't flawless and lack continuity.

High tea at Highgate

I went to a very quaint tea shop in Highgate. There was a drawing gallery in the back where people drank allsorts of interesting teas and painted! Hand made scones were awesome too!
I had mango tea Mmmm...ango!
